These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the hiring of cleaning services from Happy Penguin Cleaning LLC ("Happy Penguin Cleaning", "we", "us"). By contacting us, scheduling, or hiring a service, you agree to these terms.
We offer residential and commercial cleaning as described on our service pages: recurring cleaning (weekly, biweekly, monthly), one-time, same-day (subject to availability), deep cleaning, move-in/move-out, and commercial cleaning.
We do not offer the services listed on our cleaning checklist page, including (but not limited to) pest control, hazardous material removal, moving/hauling, and home repairs or maintenance.
Prices listed on this site are starting prices and may vary based on the size, condition, and specific needs of the space, service frequency, and any add-ons requested. The final quote is confirmed before the service is performed.
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a fee, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
The client is responsible for providing safe access to the property at the agreed date and time. If entry is not possible, the service may be treated as a late cancellation and subject to a fee.
If any area doesn't meet our standards, contact us within 24 hours of the service and we'll gladly make it right.
We recommend putting away high-value, fragile, or irreplaceable items before our visit. While we treat every space with care, we are not responsible for damage to items that were not secured or disclosed to us in advance.
